“Gosfand Vebini” or “Mal Vebini” or “Pashm Chini”
This refers to shearing the sheep’s wool, which is done twice a year. The first phase is carried out early in the spring, called “spring wool,” and the second phase occurs late in summer or early autumn, called “autumn wool.” Each type of wool obtained is used for different purposes.
